Vanessa Flora, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA, CWS, CLM
Dr. Vanessa Flora is a licensed physical therapist with nearly 20 years of clinical practice in Indianapolis. She earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor’s in Dance Pedagogy from Butler University. After gaining valuable experience in a nationally certified burn unit, she pursued specialized lymphedema training through Klose Training and went on to establish the lymphedema program at Eskenazi Health. In addition, she holds certifications in Wound Care and PORI Oncology Rehabilitation and is recognized nationally as an Expert Clinician by the National Lymphedema Network.
Dr. Flora teaches and treats patients across central Indiana and has presented at professional and community venues, including the National Lymphedema Network, the University of Indianapolis, the University of Findlay, the Little Red Door Cancer Agency, and the Cancer Support Community of Indiana. She is a certified instructor for Healthy Steps/Lebed Method and Strength After Breast Cancer, evidence-based exercise programs designed for people with lymphatic issues. Her professional passion is empowering patients to manage their condition effectively and to advocate confidently for their own care.
