Complete Decongestive Therapy
The Gold Standard treatment for the management of lymphatic dysfunction, this intensive treatment includes compression therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, exercise prescription, and self-care management education to empower those with lymphatic diseases to be in control of their symptoms.
Oncology Rehab (PORi method)
A specialized approach to cancer rehabilitation as guided by the Physiological Oncology and Rehabilitation Institute. I have completed the training for survivors with Head and Neck Cancers.

For those in the Indianapolis area, we can find a space that suits you best. I offer home visits. However, I am considered an outpatient provider, not a Home Health Agency.
New Client Forms
Indiana is a Direct Access state for Physical Therapy. You can see a Physical Therapist for 6 weeks without a referral. However, if you have Medicare, you will need a referral from your doctor for us to get started. Referrals can come from your physician, podiatrist, psychologist, chiropractor, dentist, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.
I am considered an out-of-network provider except for Medicare Part B. If you need assistance with this process, see the insurance worksheet.
