Complete Decongestive Therapy
The Gold Standard treatment for the management of lymphatic dysfunction, this intensive treatment includes compression therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, exercise prescription, and self-care management education to empower those with lymphatic diseases to be in control of their symptoms.
Oncology Rehab (PORi method)
A specialized approach to cancer rehabilitation as guided by the Physiological Oncology and Rehabilitation Institute. I have completed the training for survivors with Head and Neck Cancers (and breast cancer).
