  • I specialize in this gentle bodywork technique, which helps to encourage and drain stagnant lymphatic fluid from the affected areas of the body.

  • I create a personalized exercise plan to move your lymph system, reduce swelling, and help you return to activities you enjoy.

  • Skin care is essential for lymphatic health and for preventing infection. As a Certified Wound Specialist with experience in lymphatic conditions, I can guide you in practical strategies to keep your skin healthy and reduce complications.

  • I help establish long-term self-care solutions by guiding clients to build their personalized Lymphatic Toolbox. This practical approach empowers people living with lymphatic disease to better understand their condition, manage symptoms more effectively, and gain greater control for improved long-term outcomes.

FAQs

  • Indiana is a Direct Access state for Physical Therapy. You can see a Physical Therapist for 6 weeks without a referral. If your treatment extends beyond 6 weeks, then we will work to get a referral for Physical Therapy Services from an appropriate Healthcare Provider.

    Referrals can come from your physician, podiatrist, chiropractor, dentist, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.

    If you have Medicare, you will need a referral from your doctor for us to get started.

  • Referring a patient is easy. Fax a referral for Outpatient Physical Therapy Services to Evaluate and Treat, with the corresponding diagnosis code.

  • Insurance & Payment Information

    For skilled Physical Therapy services, I operate as an out-of-network provider. This allows us to focus entirely on your treatment without the restrictions often imposed by private insurance. While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide a "superbill" for you to submit for potential reimbursement; please note that reimbursement depends on your specific plan. To help you navigate this, I recommend using our provided Insurance Worksheet.

    Medicare & Medicaid

    • Medicare: I am a Medicare Part B provider and bill both Traditional and Advantage plans. As I am out-of-network for Advantage plans, I encourage you to verify your specific physical therapy benefits.

    • Medicaid: I am not currently credentialed with Indiana Medicaid for skilled physical therapy. However, Medicaid members are welcome to join my cash-based Wellness Services.

    Wellness Services

    Wellness services are designed for proactive health and coaching. These are not billed as "skilled" therapy under insurance rules and are provided on a flat-rate, cash-pay basis. In some instances, my group classes are provided free of charge by the organization hosting the class.
